We are prepared to develop a variety of training programs. We can meet the need of any type of client.
AFC One on One Training - This is a 1 hour workout with a complete assessment. The workout will be based on the assessment and your personal goals. You will also be given a projection of the time it will take you to reach your goal.
AFC Group Training - Our group training is 2, 3, and 4 people. Each session is 1 hour and offers you a reduce rate for each group. The more people in a group the less you pay. They are highly efficient workouts.
AFC Strength Training Program - This is a 1 hour workout with an assessment. It can be utilize in a one on one session or group training. This workout includes a full corrective exercise program.
AFC Posture Training - We specialize in correcting posture. Its a 1 hour session focused on improving the mobility of the spine and the alinement. Its also the base of all of our workouts.
AFC Anti Aging programs - Specific training design to slow and even reverse the effect of physical aging.
