30 years of personal training experience Certified by NASM personal trainer NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist FRC Certified Mobility Specialist(FRCms) I started training clients in 1987, and within 2 years I was able to open a health spa where I trained over 10,000 hours in a 5 year period. During the nineties I also became a certified aerobic instructor and taught at the world renowned Voight Fitness in West Hollywood and in Santa Monica. I started the Reggie Clements Fitness Company in 1996, and in 2000 I stepped outside the box and pursued functional and integrated training.
