My Breakfast

Breakfast is the most important meal of day. Eating a healthy breakfast starts your metabolism running faster and provides your body with nutrition it needs to get you through the day. This section is personal to me because its what I eat for breakfast. Every morning I will input what I have for breakfast. You can duplicate or create your own version. What's most important in a healthy breakfast meal is to have it high in fiber, low in sugar, protein put not more than 20% of your calories, carbohydrates that are low on the glycemic index and very healthy fat. You also need omega 3 fatty acids, antioxidant which you can get by having a combination of nuts(walnuts, almonds, pecans, pine nuts) and fruits mainly berries(blueberries and strawberries).
