This is the number 1 request coming from clients. Having a flat stomach is attainable but there are specific principles that you must follow.
But first let us look at several facts of which you should be aware and the principles you have to follow. There are basically two things that occur when you don't have a flat stomach. The muscles in your stomach have become weak or you have gained weight, and the extra weight is stored as fat on your stomach. One of the facts you have to be aware of is that sit-ups will not flatten your stomach. You cannot spot reduce any place on your body, and that includes your stomach. This is a myth, and a very bad one because TV infomercials have gone out of their way to perpetuate it. This makes trying to get clients to understand that doing a thousand sit-ups, using sit-up machines, or special balls don't work. We strive to get everyone to clearly keep this in their minds. However, doing sit-ups will strengthen your mid-section, and the muscles of your stomach is just like any other muscle on your body. As you strengthen the muscle, it will increase in size and create a bulging appearance of your stomach. But there are exercises you can do which will strengthen your stomach without making it stick out. We incorporate a lot of these exercises in our training programs, and they are very effective. But, the number 1 cause of your waistline increasing in size is weight gain. Ask yourself, have you gained any weight lately?
What truly works is to reverse the process that has increased your waistline. If the muscles of your stomach are weak you need to start a core program for your mid-section. If you have gained weight, then you need to lose the weight and your stomach will be flat. The other principle is to be consistent. Click here to lose weight: Free weight loss
