Boot
camp workouts are incredibly popular because they focus on full body
exercises and address all areas of fitness including cardio and
muscular endurance, fat & weight loss, full body strength, agility,
balance, flexibility and most importantly, they get results. The
workout leads you through 10 high intensity strength and cardio
exercises designed to challenge your strength and endurance while
burning lots of calories. The workout moves quickly taking you from one exercise to the next with little or no rest, and to keep your heart rate up.
Are you bored with your aerobics class and looking for a high intensity workout that will increase your strength and flexibility while burning an average of 350-400 calories? If you are reasonably fit, then cardio-kickboxing may be for you. It is a high impact cardiovascular workout that blends elements of boxing, martial arts and traditional aerobics into a 60-minute exercise routine. The combination of jabs, cross punches, hooks, uppercuts and kicks will firm your abdominal muscles, strengthen your upper body, create muscle definition and strengthen your legs especially those muscles that run down the back of the thighs.

walking or hiking trails. Walking can be a great way to escape the
monotony of the gym and helps you get a heart-pumping workout. The
most common benefits are weight loss, decrease in blood pressure and
relief of back pain. Excellent for seniors or individuals who desire a
very low impact workout.
Tired
of all that dancing, jumping and jazzing? Seeing more sweat than
shape? Then try a total body sculpting workout. Body sculpting is a
core strength training workout that combines flexibility and cardiovascular
conditioning and is designed to shape and tone the body without
building muscular size or bulk. Body sculpting is highly recommended
to those enrolled in a weight loss program as it helps retain lean
muscle tissue while boosting your metabolism. Any fitness level can enroll. The exercises are easy to learn and performed stationary.

Remember how fun it was to play with a ball when you were a child? A simple ball was an endless source of activity. Medicine ball exercises are a great change of pace in your workout routines. By using nothing more than a 4, 6 or 8 pound medicine ball you can increase your strength, power and endurance. Medicine balls are relatively light allowing exercises to be performed explosively. This program is designed to help you build a rock solid core, burn fat and improve your overall performance. The variety they add can take you to the next level when you are trying to build muscle and burn fat.

burn calories and snap back into shape quickly, treadmills,
ellipticals, stationary bikes and stairmasters are the most popular
cardio exercise machines, and if used correctly, the most effective.
These machines will allow users to incorporate the same range of motion
as riding a bike, running, walking or hiking. Excellent as a low impact, high energy workout.
