Mission Statement

Our mission is threefold.  AFC is committed to attaining optimal health and fitness for clients.  This requires a comprehensive approach to training.  We have chosen the concept of integrated training and the concept of inner and outer muscle systems to achieve optimum results.  When clients come to us for weight loss or to improve their strength, the goal is for them to see that weight loss and strength are attainable and only part of their goal.  To truly be effective at weight loss is to realize a bigger picture. 

Mission #1 is to  have clients view the body as two functioning units that work together to achieve mobility.  Our goal in mission 1 is to explain this concept in detail. This opens all of our clients up to an understanding of getting so much more out of training.  

Mission #2 is to integrate different training modalities to achieve the very best result. We apply integrated training so we can incorporate more training modalities to achieve optimum fitness. Most exercise programs are limited in what they can achieve for you, because every program has multiple weaknesses and you cannot achieve optimal results with one modality.  We apply, in our program, the option to utilize the best exercise choices that are more effective for you.

Mission #3 is to return all clients to a power or dynamic phase. This is our ultimate goal which is to achieve a level of fitness that most people thought they had lost and would never attain again. This is the motivation that drives us every day.  Our mission is to do the extra detail that makes a huge difference.

We are sincere in our commitment, knowledgeable, and dedicated in achieving results that you can maintain for the rest of your life.
