The 1 leg squat is the most functional lower body exercise that you can perform. Do this exercise every other day 6 to 15 reps on each leg for 3 sets.
The Cobra
The cobra will enhance your posture, strengthen your spine, low back, and buttocks. Perform this exercise everyday. Start for 15 second hold and work up to 1 to 2 minutes. Do not do this exercise if you have a pre-existing low back problem.
The Plank
The plank is the perfect total body exercise. Do this exercise everyday for 15 seconds up to 2 min holds. It can start on the knees also and when you are stronger go up on your toes.
Glute Bidge
The glute bridge is a great developer of the hips and buttocks. Do this exercise everyday 10 to 20 repetitions.
