Reggie Clements
Reggie Clements, personal trainer
Reggie Clements is a personal trainer with over 20 years of personal training experience. He is certified by ACE. He has a very unique skill set that assists him in developing a wide array of training programs. He started training clients in 1987, and within 2 years he was able to open a health spa where he trained. During the nineties he also became a certified aerobic instructor and taught at the world renowned Voight Fitness in West Hollywood and in Santa Monica. He started the Reggie Clements Fitness Company in 1996, and in 2000 Reggie stepped outside the box and pursued functional and integrated training in a market where everyone was following body building concepts and aerobic classes. He realized that intergrated functional training would provide an additional long term benefit to their clients quality of life.
Doretta Joy Murphy
Doretta Joy Murphy, Personal Trainer
Doretta Joy has over six years of experience in the field of personal training, exercise science and alternative health concepts. DJoy has established herself as a high level certified personal trainer and group instructor and has worked at various corporate fitness centers in the Los Angeles/Santa Monica area. With emphasis on functional training, she creates and designs cutting edge fitness programs for all levels of participants as well as individuals with special needs or health concerns (e.g. low back pain, knee problems, hypertension, obesity and diabetes). She also conducts health assessments, fitness testing, fitness seminars, weight management and aging programs. While residing in New York City, DJoy studied theatrical stage performance and choreography which allows her to create effective, innovative and fun-filled exercise programs. As a seasoned group fitness instructor she teaches group classes incorporating cardio endurance, muscle conditioning, body sculpting, strength training, toning and stretching techniques.

Finding our niche in this industry has developped over time. It initially started with us providing general fitness to our clients, but over time we focused on functional and integrated training. Our specific market are ages from 39 to 59. Our goal is to return the aging population to optimal health.
